What we're looking for

  • 5+ years experience in packaging engineering for electronic or defense products.
  • Degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
  • Ability to design and validate protective packaging solutions for sensitive products.
  • Knowledge of industry packaging standards (ASTM, ISTA, MIL-STD) and testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency with CAD software for packaging design (SolidWorks, NX, etc.).
  • Experience in packaging configuration management and change control processes.
