Package Specialist, Salesforce Technical Operations

What you'll do

• Manage the full incident lifecycle from initiation to resolution including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Perform application monitoring using logs, admin consoles, and AI Ops tools to prevent system downtime.
• Execute code migrations across environments while maintaining records of configuration changes and scheduled updates.
• Perform user administration tasks such as account creation, profile updates, and password resets.
• Implement platform upgrades and conduct regression testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Collect and analyze performance metrics for tasks, incidents, and environment changes to identify improvement areas.
• Provide 24/7 application support coverage within a shift model to ensure continuous system availability.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience as a Package Specialist for Salesforce Technical Operations.
• Experience managing incident lifecycles, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Experience with application monitoring using logs, platform admin consoles, or AI Ops tools.
• Experience with code migration across environments and maintaining configuration records.
• Experience with user administration tasks such as profile updates and password resets.
• Experience with performance analysis by preparing and collating metrics of tasks and incidents.
• Experience with platform upgrades, regression testing, and advanced troubleshooting (preferred).
