The Oracle PeopleSoft Lead Developer will join the technical team to design, develop, test, and implement high-quality solutions within the PeopleSoft environment. Required expertise includes PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, SQL, and PL/SQL for Oracle databases. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Fluid UI design principles, including Activity Guides, WorkCenters, and Navigation Collections to solve technical business problems.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, test, and implement custom PeopleSoft processes, reports, and functionality using PeopleTools and PeopleCode.
  • Develop and maintain responsive Fluid homepages, layouts, and UI pages to improve user experience.
  • Implement Fluid UI capabilities including Event Mapping, Drop Zones, Activity Guides, and WorkCenters.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft and third-party applications using Integration Broker, Web Services, and APIs.
  • Create and maintain technical design documents, test plans, and test cases.
  • Provide technical support during UAT and resolve application defects.
  • Write complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers within Oracle databases.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of PeopleSoft development experience.
  • At least 3 years of PeopleSoft Fluid UI development experience.
  • Expertise in PeopleTools 8.56+, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Application Packages, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
  • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, including Workforce Administration, Compensation, and Benefits Administration.
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for Oracle databases.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related web technologies (preferred).
  • SAFe/Agile certification, or willingness to obtain the certification within six months of joining (preferred).
