What you'll do

  • Contribute to the development of a multi-tenant enterprise knowledge platform using Oracle 23ai.
  • Extend MCP server infrastructure by building retrieval pipelines and evaluation frameworks.
  • Accelerate AI-assisted sales pursuits with AI-generated content and live demo agents.
  • Serve as an expert in Anthropic / AI coding agent across internal teams and client engagements.
  • Embed AI systems across Accenture-Oracle alliance by partnering with solution architects and sales teams.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or enterprise technology.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with hybrid retrieval systems and context engineering.
  • Proven expertise in building and deploying agentic AI systems like Claude/Anthropic.
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and tool-use orchestration.
  • Ability to design evaluation frameworks for assessing AI system output quality.
