What we're looking for
8+ years of IT project or program management experience supporting large enterprise application implementations, upgrades, or transformations.
Hands-on project management experience leading at least two full-lifecycle Oracle EBS upgrades or major Oracle EBS transformations.
Experience managing ERP or enterprise application upgrades in mid- to high-complexity environments involving multiple workstreams and technical dependencies.
Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, modules, integrations, customizations, environments, and upgrade dependencies.
Experience managing impact assessments, customization remediation, integration and regression testing, UAT, performance testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare.
Experience managing system integrators, implementation partners, consulting organizations, and third-party vendors.
Working knowledge of SDLC, release management, testing methodologies, and IT change-control processes.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
