Oracle Health Federal Test Consultant

What you'll do

• Design and write manual front-end test scripts to validate software configuration against client requirements.
• Execute manual functional and technical interface tests while capturing necessary evidence.
• Gather requirements to develop formal test plans and scripts for federal healthcare environments.
• Lead and facilitate test sessions and plan reviews with federal and internal stakeholders.
• Document, track, and manage test findings and defects using ALM software.
• Provide testing oversight and coaching to clients on best practices and testing methods.
• Maintain compliance with record management and privacy requirements for handling PHI and PII data.

What we're looking for

• Must have 2-5 years of overall experience in a relevant role.
• Must possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Must have hands-on experience writing formal test plans and scripts in regulated environments.
• Must be a U.S. citizen based on U.S. soil.
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card.
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience implementing an Oracle Cerner product (preferred).
• Experience working with federal government customers or in federal health IT projects (preferred).
