Senior Testing Integration Architect

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for Oracle Health implementation and optimization projects.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, system, workflow, and regression testing.
• Design test scenarios and scripts to validate clinical workflows, interfaces, and cross-functional business processes.
• Monitor testing progress, identify project risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain timelines.
• Oversee defect management, issue prioritization, and resolution throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Facilitate testing readiness reviews, mock go-lives, deployment planning, and production go-live support.
• Provide guidance on testing tools, methodologies, governance, and best practices.
• Support post-go-live stabilization, issue resolution, and lessons-learned activities.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 3 years of Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) implementation experience.
• Must have 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, consulting, or implementation.
• Must have demonstrated experience leading testing efforts for enterprise healthcare implementations.
• Must have experience with Oracle Health testing methodologies, deployment processes, and implementation best practices.
• Must have a strong understanding of clinical workflows and integrated healthcare systems.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
• Experience with specific Oracle Health Millennium solutions like PowerChart, Orders, or RadNet (preferred).
