Senior Integration Architect, Federal Testing - Interfaces

What you'll do

• Lead interface and integration testing strategy, planning, and execution across multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop and execute test plans and validation scenarios for inbound and outbound HL7 interfaces.
• Coordinate the validation of electronic health data exchange, including message structure, data mapping, and error handling.
• Identify delivery risks and blockers early to coordinate mitigation plans and drive timely resolutions.
• Facilitate client-facing meetings, testing readiness reviews, and defect triage sessions with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot interface defects with functional and technical teams to ensure root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Support deployment readiness activities including mock go-lives, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Establish and promote testing governance, documentation standards, and repeatable integration-testing best practices.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a security clearance.
• Requires 3+ years of Oracle Health / Cerner Millennium implementation or integration experience.
• Requires 3–5+ years of healthcare IT, consulting, implementation, testing, or interoperability experience.
• Must have demonstrated experience leading interface or integration testing for enterprise healthcare implementations.
• Requires working knowledge of HL7 v2 messaging, interface concepts, and electronic health data exchange.
• Requires experience validating EHR interfaces, including message flows, data mapping, and end-to-end clinical workflows.
• Requires experience with defect and project tracking tools such as JIRA, Remedy, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience supporting VA healthcare implementations or working directly with federal healthcare clients (preferred).
• Oracle Health Millennium Integration Architecture (INA) experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with interface engines such as OpenEngine, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, or Mirth (preferred).
• Experience with Oracle Health Millennium solutions such as PowerChart, Orders, PharmNet, RadNet, and PathNet (preferred).
• Knowledge of FHIR, CCD/C-CDA, and other healthcare interoperability standards (preferred).
• Experience with cutover planning, go-live readiness, production validation, and stabilization support (preferred).
