What you'll do

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of consulting and testing professionals to achieve operational and delivery objectives.
Oversee the delivery of testing services across multiple Federal client engagements and billable Task Orders.
Develop and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and quality assurance plans for Oracle Health applications.
Monitor operational metrics including resource utilization, staffing levels, and project performance trends.
Serve as a project advisor for complex engagements to resolve delivery concerns and manage cross-functional dependencies.
Provide subject matter expertise to support sales enablement, proposals, and solution planning for the Federal Testing practice.
Ensure all testing activities comply with established methodologies, quality standards, and contractual commitments.

What we're looking for

Must have relevant professional experience, including consulting experience.
Must be a U.S. citizen due to Federal client and contractual requirements.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must have an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Must possess demonstrated expertise in product, technology, Healthcare IT, or a relevant industry.
Must have strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
Previous management or leadership experience is preferred.
2+ years of leadership experience, including people management, project/program management, or other indirect leadership responsibilities (preferred).
