Key responsibilities include designing business solutions using Oracle methodologies, contributing to statements of work, and presenting technical outcomes to diverse stakeholders. Resolve complex system and workflow issues impacting end users in post-implementation environments.
Deploy to live client sites to assess workflows and ensure adherence to approved processes.
Apply Oracle methodologies and industry expertise to design and implement effective business solutions.
Influence customer leadership to drive the adoption of solutions for persistent user challenges.
Contribute to statements of work, work breakdown structures, and staffing plans.
Present and demonstrate technical and non-technical solutions to various stakeholders.
Lead solution design efforts to ensure high-quality, integrated outcomes across systems.
Provide expert support for perioperative and anesthesia workflows using Oracle SurgiNet.
What we're looking for
Expert knowledge of Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) solutions, healthcare workflows, system build, implementation, and workflow alignment is required.
Experience with Oracle (Cerner) SurgiNet is required.
Strong consulting experience supporting perioperative and anesthesia workflows and clinical integration processes in healthcare environments is required.
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance are required.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time is required.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
6–8 years of relevant experience is required.
3–4 years of consulting experience, supporting federal clients (VA/DoD), and healthcare IT roles are preferred.
