What you'll do

Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules to ensure system stability.
Support the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules including configuration, testing, and deployment.
Gather client requirements and perform fit-gap analysis to design tailored solutions during implementation.
Provide end-user support through troubleshooting, guidance, and training on HCM Payroll functionalities.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for payroll configurations, processes, and procedures.
Coordinate with cross-functional and offshore teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project alignment.
Design, build, and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports.

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of real-time hands-on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules.
A Bachelor's degree is required, or an Associate Degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
Candidates with an Associate Degree must have at least 12 years of work experience to meet the equivalent requirement.
SQL query experience (preferred).
Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus (preferred).
