What you'll do

Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions for clients.
Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements from client teams.
Configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes, including integrations and reports.
Translate business requirements into detailed Oracle HCM system configurations.
Create comprehensive functional and technical design documents.
Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand and address payroll needs.
Support the planning and execution of testing cycles and go-live cutover activities.
Plan tasks and report progress on project deliverables.

What we're looking for

Certified in Cloud HCM applications and the Payroll module.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud.
Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations.
Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of work experience.
Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.
Experience with Oracle financials including Chart of Accounts and General Ledger.
Oracle HCM Payroll Certification (preferred).
Experience managing a team and delivering projects (preferred).
Strong cross-functional exposure to other HCM modules (preferred).
