As an Oracle HCM Payroll Lead, you will join a specialized team to design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions for diverse clients. The role requires expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM applications, the Payroll module, and Oracle financials including Chart of Accounts and General Ledger. Candidates must possess extensive experience in full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations and strong communication skills to lead teams through complex digital transformations.

What you'll do

Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions for clients.
Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements from client teams.
Configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes within Oracle HCM.
Translate business requirements into specific Oracle HCM system configurations.
Create comprehensive functional and technical design documents.
Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders to determine robust designs based on Oracle processes.
Manage the planning, execution of testing cycles, and cutover activities for go-live preparation.
Track project progress and report on key deliverables to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must be certified in Cloud HCM applications and the Payroll module.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud.
Completion of at least 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations.
Bachelor’s degree, or an Associate’s degree with 6 years of work experience, or 12 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Oracle financials including Chart of Accounts and General Ledger.
Ability to lead projects and teams while managing technical and functional requirements.
Strong communication skills to facilitate design workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
