What you'll do

Lead the testing effort and team to plan, construct, and execute release tests.

Coach and advise testers to ensure high-quality delivery and team performance.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Oracle Tester with TOSCA.
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent to at least 12 years of work experience.
Ability to define and implement metrics to assess testing processes.
Ability to collaborate across teams and ensure alignment on testing objectives.
Oracle Cloud Certification is preferred.
