What you'll do

Conduct design workshops with stakeholders to identify Record to Report business requirements.
Configure Oracle Financial Accounting Hub solutions to meet specific client needs.
Recommend robust designs and alternative options to solve complex business problems.
Lead, coach, and advise project teams through the setup, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud solutions.
Manage project tasks and report progress on deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Identify gaps and RICEW requirements while designing functional test plans for clients.
Support business development and sales efforts by staying current on industry trends and Oracle features.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management including General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end Record to Report business processes and Financial Accounting Hub configurations.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
Completion of at least one full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN.
Bachelor's degree, or an Associate degree with at least 6 years of work experience, or 12 years of work experience without a degree.
Ability to lead, coach, and manage project teams through design, setup, testing, and deployment.
Strong communication skills to conduct workshops, identify gaps, and partner with clients on business process design.
Experience integrating with Oracle Cloud EPM products is preferred.
