Accenture Edge - Oracle Financial Manager
As a Manager on the Oracle practice team, you will lead end-to-end Oracle Financials implementations specifically for mid-market clients under the Accenture Edge model. You will be responsible for designing and configuring finance solutions, including chart of accounts, subledger accounting, payment processing, and asset lifecycle management. Your daily work involves facilitating requirements-gathering workshops with stakeholders, developing functional specifications, and leading SIT, UAT, and cutover activities. You will provide expert guidance on Oracle best practices for period-close and reporting while identifying project risks. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Finance applications, Oracle Projects, and Oracle Integration Cloud. You will also leverage skills in Power BI and AI-driven finance automation to solve complex business process challenges and modernize core financial operations for clients.
Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance implementations for mid-market clients.
Design and configure finance solutions including chart of accounts, subledger accounting, and payment processing.
Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with client finance and IT stakeholders to document solution designs.
Develop functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and test scripts while leading SIT and UAT activities.

What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of Oracle Financials implementation experience with hands-on configuration in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance applications.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with core finance and accounting processes including period-close, reconciliations, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle Projects.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with mid-market or enterprise clients to facilitate solution delivery.
Completion of at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion Financials) implementations from design through go-live and hypercare.
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of an Associate's degree with 6 years of experience or 12 years of work experience.
Ability to travel between 0% and 100% based on business needs and client requirements.
