What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in system analysis, application development, database design, or administration, or 7 years of experience without a degree.
Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts, processes, and solutions.
Experience tracking and organizing information using various desktop tools.
Experience leading work efforts, performing simple project management, and preparing status reports.
Knowledge of corporate operations, regulatory policies, and organizational structures.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in programming and query languages such as SQL, Python, or R (preferred).
Ability to create dashboards using Tableau or Power BI and use automation tools like Alteryx or UiPath (preferred).
