What you'll do

Define and develop department-level metrics and associated dashboards to quantify operational health.

Create reports and standardized metrics for operational measurements and improvements.
Implement construction management or maintenance tools to reduce wasted effort by engineers.

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience in operations/process improvement
Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and Python for data analysis
Experience working in manufacturing or production environments
Familiarity with CAD software, ArcGIS, Archibus, Power BI, and JIRA
Knowledge of lean, six sigma, and other production principles
Ability to work effectively on multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent written and communication skills
