The role requires proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python, with preferred experience in CAD software, ArcGIS, Archibus, and Power BI. You will apply lean and six sigma principles to solve complex manufacturing, supply chain, and production challenges within a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

Develop visual standards for work boards, JIRA queuing, PowerBI dashboards, and department workflows.
Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL to identify trends and inform decision-making.
Create reports, tools, and standardized metrics to measure and improve operational performance.
Develop automation solutions to mitigate business risks and increase efficiency within the factory.
Perform operations audits to streamline repair, maintenance, and construction engineering processes.
Enhance maintenance programs by identifying high-priority hardware and removing unnecessary work tasks.
Implement management tools and software to reduce wasted effort for engineers and technicians.
Standardize material libraries and procurement processes to reduce project lead times.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in operations or process improvement.
Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or Python.
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments.
Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, data visualization, and cost benefit analysis.
Familiarity with CAD software, ArcGIS, Archibus, Power BI, and JIRA.
Knowledge of lean, six sigma, and other related production principles.
Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for export control authorizations.
