What you'll do

Develop visual standards for work boards, JIRA queuing, PowerBI dashboards, and department workflows.
Define and develop department-level metrics and dashboards to quantify operational health and influence change.
Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL to identify trends and provide information for decision making.
Create automated tools and systems to mitigate business risk or increase efficiency within the factory.
Conduct operations audits to streamline repair, maintenance, and construction engineering processes.
Enhance maintenance programs by identifying poor-health hardware and descoping unnecessary work.
Implement construction management and maintenance software/hardware to reduce wasted effort for engineers and technicians.
Standardize material libraries and procurement processes to reduce project lead times.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
2+ years of experience in operations or process improvement.
Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or Python.
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments.
Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, data visualization, and cost-benefit analysis.
Experience with CAD software, ArcGIS, Archibus, Power BI, and JIRA.
Familiarity with inventory, production, capacity planning, and Lean or Six Sigma principles.
Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
