What you'll do

  • Lead incident response efforts to restore service during outages and major incidents.
  • Manage a geographically distributed team of infrastructure professionals for operational excellence.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to implement strategic improvements and modernize IT infrastructure.

What we're looking for

  • Over 12 years of experience managing enterprise IT operations and incident response in complex environments.
  • Proven leadership in large-scale IT infrastructure programs supporting at least 1,500 users and mission-critical systems.
  • Expertise in ITIL-based operational processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Transition Management.
  • Strong understanding of hybrid and cloud-based infrastructure technologies, networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cybersecurity operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience managing stakeholders at all levels within federal organizations.
