What you'll do

Direct daily operations of a large-scale federal IT environment supporting 1,500 users.
Ensure infrastructure services meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs through monitoring and optimization.
Lead incident response efforts to restore service during outages and major incidents.
Manage a geographically distributed team of infrastructure professionals for operational excellence.
Coordinate with stakeholders to implement strategic improvements and modernize IT infrastructure.

What we're looking for

Over 12 years of experience managing enterprise IT operations and incident response in complex environments.
Proven leadership in large-scale IT infrastructure programs supporting at least 1,500 users and mission-critical systems.
Expertise in ITIL-based operational processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Transition Management.
Strong understanding of hybrid and cloud-based infrastructure technologies, networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cybersecurity operations.
Excellent communication skills with experience managing stakeholders at all levels within federal organizations.
