What we're looking for

  • 4-6+ years of experience in corporate safety, security operations, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop frontline teams effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of physical security operations including access control and incident response.
  • Foundational understanding of occupational health and safety principles and OSHA compliance.
  • Experience identifying and escalating workplace hazards through audits and site assessments.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety credentials such as OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
