What you'll do

  • Create and update operational runbooks for incident response and event triage processes.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in security operations or control/monitoring center management in an enterprise environment.
  • Expertise with SOC/LAC design and physical security alarm monitoring platforms like Lenel, Milestone, Honeywell, Avigilon, Genetec.
  • Experience implementing automation for alarm handling and response processes.
  • Proven ability to create and update operational runbooks.
  • Familiarity with PSIM systems and regulatory requirements such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001.
  • Strong skills in vendor management, project coordination, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of physical security standards and procedures.
