Operations, Air Dominance & Strike Production

What you'll do

• Define and mature the operating model for production teams to ensure clear deliverables and scalable processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, and planning.
• Execute the strategy for transitioning products from design into low-rate and full-rate production.
• Manage production planning by mapping targets against material, equipment, labor, and facility constraints.
• Align production plans with specific financial targets to ensure organizational goals are met.
• Establish governance and reporting structures to measure progress against production goals during business reviews.
• Execute special projects involving supply chain, automation, international production, and real estate.

What we're looking for

• Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in an operating role at a high-growth tech company, supply chain, manufacturing, startup, finance, or consulting.
• Ability to solve complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems using systems thinking and scalable processes.
• Proven ability to manage production planning by mapping targets with resources and identifying constraints.
• Experience in developing and executing strategies for transitioning products from design into production.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision making and reporting.
• Ability to work across functions including manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and project management.
