What you'll do
Partner with leadership to deploy talent across programs while managing competing priorities and mitigating delivery risks.
Perform real-time portfolio triage to re-optimize talent deployment when contracts accelerate or critical hires fall through.
Build models that translate high-level strategy into actionable execution tools for leadership decision-making.
Collaborate with Finance to develop forecasts, manage gross margins, and create long-range plans.
Lead resource deep-dives and strategy reviews involving Engineering, Finance, and Program Management.
Solve complex, cross-functional problems using data-driven insights and high ownership.
What we're looking for
You must have at least 2 years of experience in an operating role at a high-growth company, finance, consulting, or as a founder.
You must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
You must possess the ability to solve complex, cross-functional problems with high ownership and emotional intelligence.
You must be detail-oriented, data-driven, and an exceptionally fast learner.
