What you'll do

What we're looking for

7+ years experience building and leading developer relations teams with measurable success.
Deep understanding of institutional finance, financial instruments, market structure, and regulatory frameworks.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences from developers to enterprise executives.
Hands-on technical skills including creating code demos and providing specific technical feedback.
Proven ability to scale teams in high-growth environments while adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
