  • Organize high-impact events showcasing XRPL's capabilities for tokenization and financial innovation.
  • Generate technical content such as tokenization guides, payment integration tutorials, and institutional DeFi standard methodologies.
  • Evaluate technical feasibility and team strength for projects through various Ecosystem Growth Programs like Grants and Accelerator initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years experience building and leading developer relations teams with measurable success.
  • Deep understanding of institutional finance, financial instruments, market structure, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences from developers to enterprise executives.
  • Hands-on technical skills including creating code demos and providing specific technical feedback.
  • Proven ability to scale teams in high-growth environments while adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
  • Strong collaborative leadership with influence across teams and the capability to build relationships at all levels.
