Deep understanding of institutional finance, including financial instruments and regulatory frameworks.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences from developers to executives.
Hands-on technical skills including creating code demos and reviewing developer samples.
Proven ability to scale teams in high-growth environments while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Experience working with blockchain technologies, APIs, and emerging financial technologies preferred.
