  • Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures and modern data practices.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams.
