The Director of Software Development at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure will lead a team responsible for developing and scaling the Business Process Optimization System (BPOS) platform. What we're looking for
12+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on enterprise applications and cloud services.
5+ years of hands-on engineering management experience including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.

Proven ability to deliver complex software programs under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Experience establishing and implementing engineering processes, development standards, testing practices, and deployment automation.
