What you'll do

  • Coordinate engineering activities across multi-disciplinary teams including systems engineering, integration, and testing.
  • Manage day-to-day work priorities and lead the engineering change control process for all technical updates.
  • Track technical risks and ensure that mitigation plans are assigned and executed.
  • Maintain the engineering schedule and monitor budget performance for all development and delivery milestones.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive engineering plans, including release schedules and deployment coordination across multiple environments.
  • Serve as the primary engineering interface with government systems engineering teams and external stakeholders.
  • Represent engineering commitments and technical plans during formal program reviews and customer engagements.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into engineering workflows and production deliverables.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with 8 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • A Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
  • Experience coordinating work across multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with systems integration processes and multi-system interface management.
  • Experience participating in or supporting formal technical reviews such as SRR, PDR, and CDR.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain schedules and manage technical change in a complex program environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with leadership and customers.
  • Experience in DoD or Navy programs, specifically undersea warfare or networked systems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Navy ISEA or SYSCOM systems engineering processes (preferred).
  • Background in networking, infrastructure, or software systems integration in classified environments (preferred).
  • Experience managing engineering schedules and technical change control in a multi-site program (preferred).
