What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience for candidates with a Bachelor's degree.
Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki cloud-managed networking, including MX security appliances, MS switches, and MR access points.
Experience managing enterprise circuit relationships, including coordination with ISPs and carriers for installations, renewals, and outage escalations.
Knowledge of corporate/guest wireless architecture, 802.1X configuration, certificate management, and NAC platforms like Portnox or Cisco ISE.
Familiarity with Netskope or similar SASE platforms and ThousandEyes or similar network monitoring tools.
Advanced knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Meraki ECMS, or equivalent (preferred).
