What you'll do

Administer the Meraki dashboard to manage switches, access points, and security appliances across corporate locations.
Manage primary and secondary circuits by coordinating with ISPs for installs, renewals, and outage escalations.
Administer corporate and guest wireless SSIDs, including troubleshooting performance issues and managing access controls.
Own the configuration and policy management for wired and wireless 802.1X network access control.
Manage network connectivity between corporate buildings, including routing, uplinks, and disaster recovery testing.
Oversee the ThousandEyes Endpoint Agent program for corporate laptops to ensure network visibility and health.
Lead lifecycle and vulnerability management by tracking hardware end-of-life milestones and coordinating security patches.
Maintain accurate network topology diagrams, circuit inventories, and technical documentation for all infrastructure.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 5 years of experience.
Must have an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience or equivalent related work experience.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Must have demonstrated hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki cloud-managed networking, including MX appliances, MS switches, and MR access points.
Must have experience owning and managing enterprise circuit relationships and coordinating with ISPs and carriers.
Must have experience with 802.1X wired and wireless configuration, authentication troubleshooting, and certificate management.
Must have advanced knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Meraki ECMS, or equivalent are highly preferred (preferred).
