Network Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the end-to-end deployment of network solutions across various geographic locations.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Design and implement LAN, WAN, and Data Center network technologies for classified and unclassified environments.
• Configure and optimize Cisco ISE solutions, including 802.1X authentication and MAC Authentication Bypass.
• Perform network troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure optimal performance, security, and SLA compliance.
• Create detailed project plans, engineering documentation, and maintain thorough logs of deployment processes.
• Conduct site surveys and risk assessments to determine deployment needs and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and deployment staff.

What we're looking for

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in Network Engineering in an enterprise environment is required (or equivalent experience).
• Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco ISE solutions for classified enterprise-scale environments is required.
• Solid experience with routing and switching technologies such as Cisco and Juniper is required.
• In-depth knowledge of L2/L3 network protocols and security best practices is required.
• IAT Level II baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01 (Security+) is required.
• Cisco and/or Juniper certifications are preferred.
