What you'll do

Create and maintain accurate network documentation to assist with incident resolution.
Provide enterprise network support for evolving LAN/WAN architectures in coordination with IT service providers.
Manage information assurance vulnerability alerts (IAVAs) and perform system security scans for equipment suites.
Propose, design, test, and install new capabilities within the existing network environment.
Oversee the development of technical data including rack elevations, installation instructions, and as-built designs.
Perform root cause diagnosis and troubleshooting for routers, switches, and firewalls.
Manage and upgrade Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration infrastructure.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 8 years of related experience.
TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
At least 5 years of in-depth experience with Cisco Systems hardware and software.
At least 5 years of in-depth experience with Palo Alto Systems hardware and software.
Experience providing analysis, root cause diagnosis, and troubleshooting for routers, switches, and firewalls.
In-depth understanding of IP subnetting, VLANs, OSI layers, and various physical mediums like copper and fiber.
Experience with KG-175/KG-250/KG-255, VINE/GEM One, SolarWinds, or VMware (preferred).
