Network Engineer Lead

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain the MTC's simulation, data, voice, and video network infrastructure.
• Manage configuration for all networking hardware including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Lead the contract network personnel to support all customer training requirements throughout the exercise lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Government and contractor ISSOs to maintain and document operational security postures.
• Implement Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) for all security boundary network infrastructure.
• Ensure vulnerability remediation across the entire network infrastructure.
• Serve as the site lead for SolarWinds management and network performance monitoring tools.
• Attend training exercise planning events to ensure all customer network requirements are fully supported.

What we're looking for

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must currently possess a Secret security clearance and be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
• Must have a BA/BS degree in Network management or a related field.
• Must have 8 years of networking experience.
• Must have advanced planning, troubleshooting, and maintenance skills on Cisco networking infrastructure.
• Must have mastery of network architecture and topology diagram interpretation and development.
• Must have familiarity with Tenable ACAS suite, remediation activities, and DISA STIG implementation processes.
• Must have an IAT-III baseline certification (SecurityX/CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP) or be able to obtain it.
