What you'll do

Manage the lifecycle of large-scale network infrastructure projects by defining technical objectives and implementation procedures.
Translate high-level architectures into detailed designs to ensure scalability, reliability, and operational readiness.
Serve as a technical lead for complex projects involving design, deployment, automation, and support.
Design and maintain network solutions across data center, backbone, cloud, and service provider environments.
Act as a Tier 2 escalation point to resolve complex incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Develop automation scripts and tools using Python or Ansible to improve operational efficiency and consistency.
Participate in hardware evaluations and RFQ/RFP processes to evaluate new networking technologies.
Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance, design reviews, and knowledge sharing.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience of 6 to 10+ years is required for this role.
Strong experience with large-scale network operations, design, and troubleshooting (preferred).
Expertise in routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, EVPN-VXLAN, MPLS, and data center networking (preferred).
Experience with network automation using Python, Ansible, APIs, or similar technologies (preferred).
Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, telemetry, and incident management (preferred).
Experience working with cloud infrastructure, hyperscale environments, or large-scale distributed systems (preferred).
Ability to lead technical projects and influence outcomes across multiple teams (preferred).
