What you'll do

Provide technical support to customers for installing and troubleshooting GDMS Cyber products.
Perform hardware and software system testing and configuration.
Develop, review, and interpret technical documentation including network diagrams.
Conduct on-site and off-site technical training for customers on company products.
Create and proofread educational materials for product training.
Support the design and planning of complex network systems.
Participate in a rotating, after-hours, on-call telephone support rotation.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Active Secret security clearance is required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related Science, Technology, or Mathematics field.
5 years of job-related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years of experience with a Master's degree.
Subject matter expertise in one discipline and developing knowledge in adjacent fields.
Experience administrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems including firewalls, DNS, VPN, LAN, WLAN, Cisco/Juniper products, and Windows servers (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Visio, Outlook, and Dynamics 365 (preferred).
CCNA, Security+, or Network+ certifications (preferred).
