Network and Computer Systems Administrator Apprenticeship

What you'll do

• Install, configure, and maintain one or more client environments.
• Perform daily operations to ensure the reliable performance of network systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues within networking and infrastructure components.
• Test and plan configurations for relevant technologies and operating systems.
• Complete required learning hours and on-the-job training to develop core competencies.
• Apply new knowledge through hands-on tasks with project teams.
• Manage the upkeep of Windows and Linux operating systems.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate's Degree or College Diploma (preferred).
• Willingness to complete the requirements of the apprenticeship program.
• Basic knowledge or experience in operating systems like Windows and Linux.
• Knowledge of general networking and infrastructure fundamentals.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting, operating, testing, planning, and configuring relevant technologies.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently with strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
