What you'll do

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware incidents.
  • Monitor and control the performance and status of network resources across multiple enclaves.
  • Analyze network performance, usage, traffic flows, access, and interfaces.
  • Design, integrate, install, and perform preventative maintenance for communication activities.
  • Perform testing, provisioning, operations, and emergency response for ongoing network operations.
  • Manage the deployment of upgrades to data and video systems in a multi-location environment.
  • Maintain current operational and support documentation for all network systems.
  • Identify recurring issues and notify management of performance patterns.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a technical discipline.
  • Must have 8+ years of network experience.
  • Must have 3 years of specialized networking experience.
  • Must hold Security+ CE, CCNP, or CISSP certifications.
  • Must have experience engineering data center and IP backbone networks in multi-vendor, multiprotocol environments.
  • Must have experience with protocols including BGP, OSPF, vDC, vPC, VRF's, Spanning-Tree, VLANs, 802.1q, and QoS.
