What you'll do

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network service incidents.
Monitor and control the performance of network resources across multiple enclaves using specialized tools.
Analyze network traffic flows, usage patterns, and interface performance to identify issues.
Perform technical planning, installation, and maintenance for communication systems and infrastructure.
Manage the deployment of upgrades for data and video systems in a multi-location environment.
Execute testing, provisioning, and emergency response for ongoing network operations.
Maintain accurate operational documentation and stay current on emerging cloud and data center technologies.

What we're looking for

Must be a United States citizen.
Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a technical discipline.
8+ years of network experience with at least 3 years of specialized networking experience.
Required certifications include Security+ CE, CCNP, or CISSP.
Experience with Cisco routers and switches, including Nexus and ASR series.
Experience with firewalls such as Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, and Forcepoint.
US Citizenship.
