What you'll do

  • Provide required artifacts for RMF Authorization packages in accordance with Navy Testing Guidance.
  • Manage and validate system security compliance by reviewing and scanning for STIG compliance.
  • Execute and document testing of RMF security controls to validate effectiveness and policy compliance.
  • Select, tailor, and document security and privacy controls using NIST SP 800-53 Revision 5.
  • Perform 90-day baseline scans and provide Detailed Vulnerability List (DVL) reports for eMASS.
  • Conduct weekly ACAS scans to support RMF STEP 3/STEP 4 processes and continuous monitoring.
  • Perform risk analyses of computer systems and applications during all phases of the system development life cycle.
  • Register, process, and monitor RMF Assessment and Authorization (A&A) packages within the eMASS tool.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance or a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in the systems security discipline with an emphasis on Navy Cybersecurity practices.
  • Must have experience in RMF Assessment and Authorization (A&A) Security Plans, SLCM, PPSM, HBSS, ACAS, and STIGs.
  • Must have experience with eMASS tools and preparing, processing, assessing, validating, and maintaining RMF A&A packages using eMASS and XACTA.
  • Must have experience using public key-based technologies for applications.
  • Must possess a CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
  • Must have a BS Degree or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Completed Navy RMF training (preferred).
  • Formal ACAS training (preferred).
  • Formal eMASS training (preferred).
