What you'll do

Monitor real-time performance and triage mobile video quality issues across hardware, software, and network operations.
Manage software and hardware quality standards throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
Facilitate DFMEA and design reviews to prevent defect leakage during development.
Lead root cause analysis of fielded product defects using methodologies like 5 Whys or Fishbone diagrams.
Drive corrective actions and identify process gaps to initiate continuous improvement.
Build and maintain quality dashboards and statistical reports to highlight trends and recurring failure modes.
Coordinate with engineering, product, and vendor teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Telecommunications Engineering with Data Analytics experience (preferred).
At least 5+ years of experience in either product development or manufacturing.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, basic SQL, or data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to bridge gaps between technical and business teams.
Structured problem-solving ability to lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification (preferred).
