Manager Director, Global Metrology and Imaging

What you'll do

• Develop global metrology and imaging roadmaps to support Etch, Deposition, and Clean product development.
• Manage multi-year capital investments and operating budgets for complex instrumentation across a global lab network.
• Lead joint development programs with suppliers to create unique measurement solutions for internal teams.
• Standardize data architecture and drive AI/ML-based defect detection to improve measurement quality.
• Provide expert technical services to help process engineers solve complex experiment measurement problems.
• Manage a diverse global team of technologists, engineers, and data scientists across multiple international sites.
• Negotiate, acquire, install, and maintain a wide range of technically complex metrology instruments.

What we're looking for

• 8–20+ years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment.
• Proven success in leadership roles at the Managing Director and VP levels within global, matrixed environments.
• Demonstrated track record in metrology, inspection, and imaging technologies.
• Experience managing multi-site, multi-national, and high-volume operations.
• Proficiency in technical, operational, and financial management.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor fab/lab operations and Etch and Deposition processes.
• Experience with APC, SPC, fab automation, and AI/ML technologies.
