What you'll do

  • Design and develop electronic circuits for new products and modifications to existing systems.
  • Develop product technical specifications and test specifications in coordination with the development team.
  • Interface with customers to gather, document, and assess their specific requirements.
  • Analyze existing systems to identify flaws and propose modifications to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Direct and coordinate the building and testing of prototypes and production units.
  • Develop and apply test procedures for performance and compliance with technical requirements.
  • Research components, materials, and vendors while recommending equipment purchases to improve operations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and technical documentation regarding project progress and system designs.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5 or more years of experience in RF, analog, and digital hardware design and development.
  • Must be a US Citizen with a TS/SCI clearance including a CI polygraph.
  • Proficiency in systems engineering concepts, test methodology, data collection, and technical writing.
  • Working knowledge of software design and development.
  • Demonstrable computer skills using Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with PCI, PXI, PXIe bus Linux driver development (preferred).
  • Proficiency with CAD tools, numeric computing software, digital RF ecosystems, test automation, and laboratory test equipment (preferred).
