Mid Market Account Executive

What you'll do

• Drive net-new revenue and expansion within Mid-Market accounts across the Indonesia territory.
• Promote adoption of AI-powered search, observability, and security solutions to new and existing customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor by helping customers transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Position Elastic's value proposition using knowledge of cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and modern architectures.
• Conduct deep discovery and qualification using the MEDDPICC framework to identify high-confidence deals.
• Manage complex sales cycles from initial opportunity through executive negotiation and contract closing.
• Develop comprehensive business plans utilizing community, customer, and partner ecosystems for territory growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Solutions Architects and Marketing to accelerate deal velocity.

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in SaaS subscription sales within Mid-Market accounts.
• Experience managing and closing deals specifically within the Indonesia market.
• Ability to craft value-based narratives linking technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
• Proficiency in executive negotiation and leading high-stakes contract and pricing discussions.
• Technical fluency in security, observability, vector/traditional search, and cloud cost optimization.
• Ability to build credibility with both technical developers and executive leadership.
• Skill in using frameworks like MEDDPICC for deep discovery and qualification of deals.
• Ability to provide consistent and accurate sales forecasting while maintaining CRM accuracy.
