What you'll do

Manage a team of Demand & Supply Planners to execute S&OP activities and provide data analysis for business partners.
Develop and execute supply and demand plans that align with company sales forecasts and strategic goals.
Communicate complex scenarios and risk assessments to executives to facilitate informed strategic decision-making.
Manage inventory levels to meet service targets while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
Monitor supplier performance and proactively address potential supply chain disruptions to ensure timely material delivery.
Optimize planning processes and maintain systems to improve accuracy and visibility across the organization.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure material readiness for new product launches.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, manufacturing) or a business field (e.g., supply chain, finance).
8+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment with complex assemblies.
3+ years of experience managing a direct team.
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and Netsuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
Technical expertise to read documentation, drawings, and CAD data while understanding hardware manufacturing processes for electronics and structures.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and relocate to Costa Mesa, CA if not already local.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
