Mgr, Global Operations Analytics & AI Enablement leads a team of analysts within the Global Operations group to deliver actionable insights and scalable reporting across information systems, supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing. The manager is responsible for coaching staff, establishing operational cadences, and ensuring data integrity while integrating artificial intelligence into workflows to enable predictive analytics and automation. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing dashboards, identifying high-value AI use cases, managing change, and translating complex data into executive narratives. The role requires proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SAP Business Objects, alongside expertise in process improvement methodologies and data governance. This position addresses the challenge of improving operational performance and decision-making within semiconductor operations by leveraging advanced analytics to reduce manual effort and provide scalable solutions for order execution, production planning, and manufacturing processes.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts to deliver high-quality data products and reporting solutions.
Establish team priorities, operating cadences, and accountability mechanisms to ensure timely delivery of analytical insights.
Develop and govern scalable reporting tools, dashboards, and self-service analytics using platforms like Power BI and SAP.
Integrate AI-enabled capabilities into workflows and datasets to automate tasks and enable predictive analytics.
Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value automation and AI use cases aligned with business goals.
Ensure all data products comply with corporate standards for governance, integrity, and security.
Translate complex operational data into executive-ready narratives and actionable recommendations for leadership.
Identify process gaps and performance trends to develop data-driven countermeasures and continuous improvements.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, data analytics, operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
4-6 years of supervisory experience.
Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring professional analysts or analytical teams in a global, matrixed environment.
Proficiency in developing data visualizations and reports using Power BI, Excel, SAP Business Objects, or similar platforms.
Experience applying AI, automation, predictive analytics, or advanced analytics to improve operational efficiency.
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, change management, and operational excellence practices.
Knowledge of planning, order execution, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or semiconductor operations processes.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred); Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP certification (preferred); Semiconductor industry experience (preferred).
