What you'll do

  • Develop and champion tools to improve the quality and efficiency of engineering work.
  • Resolve technical escalations and represent operational interests in corporate cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with a master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience.
  • Equivalent experience to the degree and years of experience requirements is accepted.
  • Experience with engineering product development processes and best practices.
  • Design engineering experience (preferred).
  • Experience in semiconductor equipment (preferred).
