Manager, Customer Success Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead a team of Scale and Optimize Engineers to drive technical outcomes and product adoption.
• Manage the team's performance against key metrics including customer health, feature usage, and renewals.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout their journey with Palo Alto Networks solutions.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor engineers to ensure high team performance and growth.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for new features and product enhancements.
• Partner with Sales and Renewals teams to identify and pursue upsell opportunities.
• Capture and communicate customer feedback internally to improve products and services.
• Analyze top customer interactions to assess product performance and overall satisfaction.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, account management, customer success, technical consulting, or similar roles driving customer adoption.
• Deep understanding of networking and security technologies and experience implementing related solutions.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree, computer science background, or equivalent military experience.
• Experience with cloud solutions like Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services (preferred).
• Proficiency in business operations including SFDC and Gainsight, with ability to create reports and dashboards (preferred).
• A combined background of post-sales, sales, and consulting services experience (preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at high levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
