Design, author, configure, and verify master batch records and electronic batch records using MES platforms.
Support system integration to ensure seamless data flow between MES and ERP, LIMS, and automation systems.
Translate paper manufacturing records into digital formats by analyzing requirements from process engineers and business teams.
Perform comprehensive testing of new MES recipes and system changes to ensure operational readiness.
Troubleshoot MES issues and provide technical support during live production recipe execution.
Author and maintain system verification documentation in compliance with GMP and internal quality standards.
Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recipes and drive process standardization.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline is desired, or equivalent technical experience plus demonstrated competence (preferred).
5+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience is desired (preferred).
Knowledge of MES solutions such as POMSnet Aquila, PharmaSuite, Syncade, Werum PAS-X, or similar is required.
Strong understanding of ISA-88/ISA-95 standards is required.
Experience using C#, Visual Basic .NET, and JavaScript for MES coding and configuration tasks is required.
Demonstrated competency with financial systems and in fiscal control is required.
Technical background in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biologics is preferred.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with diverse groups is required.
