  • Conduct failure analysis and drive continual improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering required.
  • Strong experience with 3D CAD tools like CREO and NX.
  • Proven analytical skills including FEA modeling using Creo Simulation, COMSOL.
  • Hands-on ability to design test stands and conduct daily testing.
  • Knowledge of machining practices, sheetmetal fabrication, and rapid prototyping.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment with aggressive deadlines.
