What you'll do

Serve as the technical authority for complex mechanical systems across hyperscale data centers.
Oversee HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems while implementing critical environment protocols and MOP processes.
Design and implement cooling solutions and airflow management strategies for high-density server environments.
Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all critical infrastructure.
Lead root cause analysis and provide 24/7 emergency response for service-impacting mechanical events.
Propose and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE).
Ensure compliance with industry standards like ASHRAE and ISO while conducting regular safety audits.
Mentor a team of technicians and manage complex infrastructure projects, including expansions and upgrades.

What we're looking for

Must have 4+ years of technical experience in building engineering with a background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment.
Must have experience working in data centers or raised floor environments.
Must possess a Universal EPA 608 Certification.
Must have CRAC (Liebert) maintenance and repair experience.
Must have 2 years of trades school or a documented apprenticeship in relevant craft skills.
Must hold a valid driver's license and any licenses required by the local authority.
Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 80 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in extreme temperatures.
