As a Lead Materials Associate on the Supply Chain team, you will manage material management and inventory flow to support production and business growth. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, cycle counting, internal transfers, and deployments while ensuring all associates follow safety procedures and standard work tasks. Your role involves identifying risks, reporting inventory accuracy, leading daily standups, and acting as a super user within the WMS to resolve technical issues. You will collaborate cross-functionally to meet KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities. The ideal candidate possesses experience in manufacturing warehouse operations, knowledge of AS9100 standards, OSHA laws, and lean manufacturing principles like 5S or 6-Sigma. You must be proficient in computer use and capable of managing domestic and international shipment documentation within a fast-paced production environment.

What you'll do

Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, and cycle counting.
Ensure inventory accuracy for the business unit and report risks daily.
Act as a WMS super user to identify and resolve system issues.
Lead daily standups and manage team tasks to clear operational blockers.
Drive performance metrics and reporting to leadership while ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
Enforce safety procedures, OSHA standards, and visual management of warehouse areas.
Execute continuous improvement activities and support process development for manufacturing.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to export controlled information or facilities.
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations supporting manufacturing, including receiving, put-away, picking, cycle counting, and internal transfers.
Ability to work onsite at the Santa Ana or Costa Mesa, CA locations.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, manufacturing, or a related operations field preferred.
Strong knowledge of AS9100 standards and OSHA laws.
Proficiency with WMS systems and standard computer applications for data presentation.
Experience with 5S, lean manufacturing, or 6-Sigma principles.
